The machines are automatic and self-cleaning, making them easy for each branch's housekeeping staff to use. Milk-based drinks are made with regular fresh milk kept in a refrigerator provided by Arabigo. If a machine has a problem, we send a technician to service it and providea backup machineas part of this chain's customized package for use while the machine is being repaired
