Installed office coffee machines at 3 locations, covering teachers’ lounges and meeting rooms, for over 200 faculty and staff
The school already had a coffee machine, but it had been in use for a long time. It couldn’t keep up with serving coffee during meetings, and there wasn’t enough morning coffee for over 200 staff members. They weren’t sure whether to rent or buy a new machine.
Arabigo recommended renting an office coffee machine through the Corporate package instead of buying one. Scheduled technician visits are included, so there are no repair costs to pay out of pocket. We installed 3 machines: 2 large and 1 medium.
Over 200 faculty and staff can all get coffee for themselves. During meetings, coffee is ready within the 15-minute break, and there’s no need to worry about repair or spare-part costs, as they’re included in the package.

Renting offers better valueBuying outright starts at ฿30,000–200,000, and you’ll also have to cover repairs and maintenance yourself. With a rental, you pay a fixed monthly fee that includes repairs and spare parts, and you can upgrade to a new machine after a while.

All you need is a table for the machine and a power outlet. No plumbing is needed. Just fill the machine with water. Our technicians will install and set everything up for you.
The machine has a built-in cleaning system that employees can operate from the touch screen after 1 day of training. They only need to empty the coffee grounds when the machine indicates it's full. Our technicians handle deep cleaning and inspections on a regular schedule.
