Question 1

Renting coffee machines for a large office: which model should a multinational company choose?

Accepted Answer

Large offices often have several coffee stations with different levels of use. We start by assessing the number of cups served each day at each station, then create a tailored package for your office based on how each one is used.

Question 2

How can large organizations and multinational companies get full tax invoices and credit terms?

Accepted Answer

We offer 30-day credit terms for large offices and organizations, and can provide full tax invoices.

Question 3

What kind of machine should you use to serve coffee to clients in VIP lounges and meeting rooms?

Accepted Answer

The lounge and meeting rooms use automatic coffee machines. Select a drink on the touchscreen and get a cup in 25 seconds, with Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, and Cocoa on the menu. Speed comes first, because everyone in a meeting takes their coffee break at the same time.

Question 4

If a machine breaks down during the day, how soon can it be repaired, and is a backup machine available?

Accepted Answer

A machine breakdown during the workday can leave your team waiting for coffee until repairs are complete. We arrange a technician visit within 2 business days and carry out regular machine inspections. If repairs take longer, Workspace and Corporate packages include a backup machine while you wait.

Question 5

When is the support team available for advice?

Accepted Answer

Every package includes a hotline for usage advice and repair requests at 098-262-6642, available Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Question 6

How can I book a coffee tasting and an on-site assessment before renting?

Accepted Answer

Send us your details through the form. Our team will get back to you to arrange an on-site assessment and coffee tasting before you decide to rent.

Question 7

How long does installation and staff training take, and what water setup is needed?

Accepted Answer

All you need on-site is a table for the machine and a power outlet. No water line is needed. Just fill the machine with water. Our technicians can complete installation and staff training in 1 day.

Question 8

How often can we change the coffee beans or flavor for the office?

Accepted Answer

You can change the beans anytime to suit your team's taste. Arabigo offers a wide range of coffees, from dark to light roasts, with plenty of beans to choose from. We are a coffee roaster supplying customers throughout Thailand.

Question 9

Who cleans and maintains the machine?

Accepted Answer

The machine has a built-in cleaning system that you can run from the touch screen, so staff can clean it themselves after training. Our technicians handle deep cleaning and inspections on a regular schedule.

Question 10

Where do the coffee beans for rental machines come from?

Accepted Answer

Our coffee beans are roasted in-house and sourced from farms in Chiang Mai. They meet HACCP standards. Arabigo has managed its own farms and roastery for more than 30 years, allowing us to control quality from the source.

Question 11

What is the minimum rental term, and how can we change the package during the contract?

Accepted Answer

The minimum rental term is 1 year, with monthly payments. If your organization grows and more people use the service, you can upgrade your package during the contract.

Question 12

What drinks can an automatic office coffee machine make?
