Arabigo chooses the Shade Grown Coffee approach, an internationally recognized method of sustainable coffee farming. Coffee plants grow beneath the shade of large trees without being forced to grow faster, helping protect forests, watersheds, and ecological balance. This approach also aligns with organic coffee growing in its respect for nature, reducing environmental disruption and allowing the beans to develop their sweetness and aroma fully. Although Shade Grown farming takes longer, it produces quality coffee in both flavor and environmental sustainability.
